The Soup Kitchen

In Nigeria, no one should have to go hungry, yet every day, many vulnerable people, including elderly citizens, children, and low-income families, face hunger and food insecurity.

For those who are poor or less privileged, the lack of nutritious food leads to serious health problems. Hunger weakens the body, increases the risk of illness, and makes recovery harder, especially for those who can’t afford hospital care.

Many older people are forced to skip meals so they can afford medicine or take care of the children under their care. This shouldn’t be the case. That’s why SPCF is stepping in to help change the situation. We believe that everyone deserves access to good food, especially the elderly and vulnerable.

Our Soup Kitchen program will offer free, nutritious meals to registered individuals in local communities across Nigeria. The kitchen will be open every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. To keep things organized, people will need to register with our IT team and will receive smart access cards. These cards will allow them to enter the kitchen once a day during operating hours, ensuring fairness and a smooth experience for all.
