The Job Center

The Job Center is designed to help young people improve their chances of getting a job. From our pool of registered individuals, we carefully select those who are ready to take part in our training sessions. These sessions cover important topics like how to secure a job, write a good CV, behave professionally at work, and use basic digital tools. The aim is to prepare job seekers and turn them into strong candidates that employers would want to hire.

Beyond helping people get jobs, our training also focuses on building self-reliance. We believe that with the right skills and mindset, young people can become financially independent, whether by starting their own businesses or getting meaningful jobs in organizations. The knowledge and values they gain from our program are designed to guide them toward long-term success.

One of our bigger goals is to reduce poverty among the youth. By equipping them with practical skills and connecting them with opportunities, we help them earn an income and improve their quality of life. Giving them the tools to succeed financially is a key step toward breaking the cycle of poverty.

Finally, we’re also committed to creating job opportunities. As a charity organization, SPCF actively helps connect young people to real jobs in the community. Those who successfully complete our training program are given access to job openings, no matter their background or skill set. This ensures that their hard work during training leads to real results, whether it’s landing a job or starting their own venture.
